Most painting companies won't put prices on their website. They want to quote high and negotiate down, or quote low and disappear when the real scope shows up. We're not doing either of those things.
Here are real ranges based on real jobs in the Phoenix and Scottsdale market. Your actual quote depends on your specific project — but at least you'll know if we're in the same ballpark before we show up.

Prep Is Not Equal
Most painters say they prep. What they mean is they taped the trim and called it a day. Real prep is scraping, patching, sanding, priming, and addressing every surface issue before a drop of paint touches the wall. That takes time. Skipping it takes less time. You find out which one your painter did about 18 months after they leave.
The People Aren't Interchangeable
The cheapest crews are cheap for a reason. We hire experienced painters — not whoever's available on Monday — and we hold them accountable to the same process on every job. The people we put on your home have been vetted, trained, and have a track record we can point to. That costs more than a warm body with a roller. It's worth it.
The Products Cost More Because They Last Longer
Budget paint is cheaper upfront and more expensive over time. We use Pittsburgh Paints as our primary product — not because it's the most marketed, but because it performs in Arizona's UV conditions and we're willing to put a warranty behind it. The materials on your walls are a real line item in our cost. We don't cut them to win a bid.

A 9-year warranty on labor and materials is not a marketing line. It's a financial commitment. We offer it because we're confident in the prep, the products, and the process. We price accordingly — because we intend to honor it. In nine years, we'll still be here.
What We Put On Your Walls

OURS IS BETTER.
We use Pittsburgh Paints Permanizer as our primary exterior product. Most people haven't heard of it. That's fine — it doesn't need a marketing budget. It needs to hold up in 115-degree Arizona summers without chalking, fading, or cracking. It does.
Permanizer performs at the level of Sherwin-Williams Emerald — and in our experience, it outperforms it in Arizona's UV exposure conditions. Pittsburgh's Acrishield Max is our step-down option — still a premium product, still backed by our warranty.
We also use Sherwin-Williams, Benjamin Moore, and Dunn-Edwards Evershield on request. We're not brand-loyal. We're results-loyal. If you have a preference, tell us. If you don't, we'll use what we know works.
Our default recommendation for Arizona exteriors. Equivalent to Sherwin-Williams Emerald in performance — and in our experience, better in Arizona's UV conditions.

ABOUT THAT LOW BID YOU GOT
If you got a quote that's significantly lower than our range, ask these questions before you sign: What paint are they using? How many coats? What does the prep process look like — specifically? What does the warranty cover — labor, materials, or both? Who's accountable if the work doesn't hold up?
Low bids are usually low because something got skipped. The prep. The primer. The second coat. The standards. The warranty fine print. You won't know which one until year two, when the paint starts peeling and the contractor's phone goes to voicemail.
We've been doing this long enough to know exactly what a paint job looks like when it's done right versus when it's done fast. The difference is visible. It's just not always visible on day one.
We're not the cheapest option in the Valley. We're the option that's still standing behind the work in year nine. Those are different things.
